Bi-Metal Thermometers
100mm (4 inch) Ø 304 Stainless Steel crimped case dials with a 316 Stainless Steel probe. Supplied with a 1/2 inch BSPT fitting. Bottom or back entry and any-angle models available.
Cables
Most sensors installed will need a cable to connect to a junction box, instrument or panel. A variety of options are available: single pair up to 36-pairs, insulations suitable for use -75°C up to 1200°C, solid or stranded conductor, armoured or braided... we offer a solution for most applications.
Connectors
Standard and miniature plugs and sockets, panels and sockets and accessories for Thermocouple and RTD circuits. Colour coded to IEC584.3 as standard. ANSI colours also available.
Fittings & Thermowells
Stainless Steel, Brass & PTFE Adjustable Compression Fittings with BSPP, BSPT, NPT & Metric threads to suit 0.5mm up to 21.3mm diameter, stocked in the UK. Thermowells also stocked in 316 Stainless Steel and PTFE in a variety of constructions.
Calibration
Calibration and Production instrumentation and services, including: compact dry-well temperature calibrator, black-body infrared calibrator, hand-held mA loop and multi-function temperature calibrators, low-cost fixed point and 2-in-1 selectable point Type K simulators and fine wire Thermocouple/RTD welders.
In-house calibration/testing services include: temperature, black-body infrared temperature, temperature simulation, signal voltage and current (mA) simulation/measurement, humidity, pressure.
