Thermocouple Sensors
Thermocouple Types K, J, T, N. Probe Diameters 3.0mm to 8.0mm. Accuracy to IEC 60584.2 Class 2 (Class 1 also available). IEC 60584.3 colour coded extension cables and connectors. In-house calibration service also available.
Thermocouple Types K, J, T, N. Probe Diameters 0.5mm to 8.0mm. Accuracy to IEC 60584.2 Class 2 (Class 1 also available). Standard epoxy resin seal rated up to +135ºC (+220ºC also available). Colour coded to IEC 60584.3 (BS EN 60584.3).

Thermocouple Types K, N, R, S, B. Commonly used as replacement inserts for metal and ceramic sheathed thermocouple sensors with standard terminal heads. Custom lengths available.

Thermocouple Types K, J, T. Self adhesive silicone patch thermocouple sensors, commonly used for pipe or surface measurement. Standard and compact versions available. -30ºC to +200ºC operating range.
Thermocouple Types K, J, T. Jubilee clip style - designed to clamp around 13mm to 55mm diameter pipes or cylinders. The sensor has a grounded sensing junction for improved speed of response. Suitable for use up to +300ºC.
Thermocouple Types K, J, T. Commonly used for surface or vessel measurement. Suitable for use up to +250ºC.
Thermocouple Types K, J, T. Easy to install. Commonly used for surface or pipe measurement. Suitable for use up to +400ºC.
Thermocouple Types K, J, T, N. 25mm diameter magnet thermocouple sensor, supplied with a protective metal cap. For metal surfaces where drilling or gluing is not possible. Smaller magnet also available.
Thermocouple Types K, J. Supplied mounted onto a 25mm x 13mm stainless steel shim (just 0.25mm thick) making them ideal for fitting under band or nozzle heaters. -30ºC to +350ºC operating range.
Thermocouple Types K, J. Free-running M6 x 1mm bolt. Available with or without support spring. Suitable for use up to +350ºC.
Thermocouple Types K, J. Flexible style, single or double slot 15mm OD x 12mm ID bayonet thermocouples, commonly used in machinery to extrude or form plastics. 170mm flexible spring. Suitable for use up to +350ºC.

RTD Sensors
Probe Diameters 3.0mm to 6.0mm. 2, 3 or 4-wire configuration. Terminated with a plain crimp seal and heatshrink strain relief (+120Cº). PVC (-30ºC to +105ºC), PFA (-75ºC to +250ºC), Fibreglass/SSB (+400ºC) cable options.
Probe Diameters 3.0mm to 8.0mm. 2, 3 or 4-wire configuration. Terminated with an epoxy resin sealed plain pot seal. PFA insulated tails, PVC insulated (screened), PFA insulated (screened) cable options.
