| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken to our secure server (256 bit encryption) to complete the order process. We accept secure payments via the following payment service providers: 'HSBC Secure ePayments', 'PayPal' and 'Google Checkout'. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you'd prefer not to pay online, please contact us - we will be happy to process your order over the telephone. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake, assuming the goods have not already been despatched . When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery We offer the following methods of shipping during the checkout process: UK Mainland • Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (1st Class) • UPS Standard (1-2 days delivery) • UPS Express Saver (next day delivery before 12:00 noon) UK (Northern Ireland) • Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (1st Class) • UPS Standard (1-2 days delivery) Non-UK • UPS Standard All prices quoted are excluding VAT and certain services (e.g. Royal Mail) are only offered for order totals not exceeding a certain amount. For non-UK countries we offer a UPS Standard service. If you are eligible not to pay VAT you will be given the option to specify this during checkout and enter your EU VAT number. For UK destinations not classed as mainland (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands) UPS delivery costs are considerably higher than the offered standard rate. We may therefore decide to despatch the order via Royal Mail using a "Recorded Signed For" service. If you would prefer to use UPS please contact us before ordering and we can calculate a delivery charge for you. All orders are carefully packed, protected and double-checked prior to despatch from our site. Each shipment contains a delivery note and invoice corresponding to the original order. | Delivery Schedule We will do our very best to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 GMT. Schedules for the delivery options we offer are as follows: • Royal Mail Recorded Signed For - First Class: Orders received before 15:30 GMT will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received outside of these hours (including weekends and bank holidays) will be treated as the next working day. Royal Mail aim to deliver the item the next working day. For full details please visit: www.royalmail.com. • UPS Next Day: Orders received before 15:30 GMT will be processed and despatched the same day, for next-day delivery. Orders received outside of these hours (including weekends and bank holidays) will be treated as the next working day. For full details please visit: www.ups.com. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and rectify the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
| Back Orders If an item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges If your billing address is within the EU then Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate will be added to your order. If your invoice address is outside of the EU you will not be charged VAT (you are given the option to choose this during the checkout process). Any VAT rate applied, and amount of VAT charged, will appear during the checkout process. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
