For UK destinations not classed as mainland (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands) UPS delivery costs are considerably higher than the offered standard rate. We may therefore decide to despatch the order via Royal Mail using a "Recorded Signed For" service. If you would prefer to use UPS please contact us before ordering and we can calculate a delivery charge for you.
For delivery to countries/areas not listed above please contact us and we will calculate the most cost effective delivery method for you.
Delivery Schedule
We will do our very best to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 GMT.

Orders received before 15:30 GMT will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received outside of these hours (including weekends and bank holidays) will be treated as the next working day. Orders received before 15:30 GMT will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received outside of these hours (including weekends and bank holidays) will be treated as the next working day. UPS aim to deliver the next working day, but please allow 1-2 days with this service. For full details please visit: www.ups.com.
UPS Express Saver
Orders received before 15:30 GMT will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received outside of these hours (including weekends and bank holidays) will be treated as the next working day. Delivery to most business areas within the UK by 12:00 noon the next day. For full details please visit: www.ups.com.
